All orders prepared by the Zen:30 family are done with lots of love and time resulting in all sales being final. Please be sure to contact us directly regarding any product inquiries prior to checkout. In the event that an item has been damaged during shipping, please notify us the day you receive it and we will be happy to replace the item. A shipping label will be provided by our team and will only be valid for an exact replacement of your original order. We will not be responsible for replacement if we are not notified about a damaged item the same day.
